Michelle Ward's latest challenge is "Knock Yourself Off" which means: Revisit a previous piece of art and re-work it with your current techniques. So here is a photo of moi' with a little Photoshop magic to 'erase' the wrinkles lol. It's nice, but a little 'blah'
don't worry, I'm not going to use the term "plain-jane" . . . .
Step 2: The same photo with a more interesting composition portion control (wink, wink) also learned through the Crusades. Next, I added blue as a modern twist on the sepia/monotone technique. Then I added some "Make it Your Own" texture from Crusade 31. The 'texture' is a custom PhotoShop brush of my own signature. oooooooh! I love the Crusades. There's still time to join us, click here for details. As always: Thank you Michelle for your inspiration and great challenges!

I've never tried Photoshop but I think I might have to!
VERY interesting! It looks wonderful. I love the color and the signature brush you used.
I love it! So soft and delicate. What a wonderful idea to have a brush of your signature.
What a stunning piece of work - I think the final result is just amazing.
I love the picture and the techniques with Photoshop. I just finished my post for Crusade #32 as well. I wanted to thank you for your comment on my blog also - it was really encouraging for someone just starting to "put stuff out there" to know my blog has been read.
You have a Macbook!
Your art is awesome and beautiful. Thanks for visiting my blog!
